  • Blaming the customer



    Hi engaged Jim's antennas to put in a new aerial and two points. The installer drilled through the wiring in my bedroom. They "fixed" it by terminating the wire. The power points I. My bedroom no longer work. When I asked to have it fixed I was blamed. When I escalated to the franchise owner I was blamed. Basically I was told to sod off and it was my problem. Now I've escalated again to Jim. His response was "get an electrician in to write a report and if he can state in writing that Jim's was negligent we will pay to fix it".
